At Valtoranzlo, we are committed to your complete satisfaction with our custom furniture pieces. Due to the bespoke nature of our work, our return policy differs from typical retail furniture policies. Please review the following information carefully.
All furniture pieces created by Valtoranzlo are custom-designed and fabricated specifically for individual clients based on approved designs, material selections, and specifications. As each piece is uniquely crafted to order, custom commissions are generally not eligible for return or refund once fabrication has begun.
Before fabrication begins, clients receive detailed drawings, material samples, and project proposals for approval. We encourage thorough review and discussion during this phase to ensure complete satisfaction with the design direction. Changes to approved designs may incur additional costs and timeline adjustments.
Every piece undergoes rigorous quality control before leaving our workshop. We stand behind the craftsmanship of our work and will address any legitimate defects or construction issues that do not meet our established standards. Quality concerns must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
If a piece has structural defects or workmanship issues that were not apparent at delivery, we will:
Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two years from delivery. Normal wear, damage from misuse, or issues resulting from environmental factors beyond our control are not covered.
Wood is a natural material that continues to respond to environmental conditions after fabrication. Minor movement, seasonal expansion and contraction, and subtle color changes are normal characteristics of solid wood furniture and do not constitute defects. We educate clients about expected wood behavior during the consultation process.

Damage occurring during delivery or installation will be documented immediately and repaired or replaced at no cost to the client. Clients must inspect delivered pieces before signing acceptance documentation. Issues not reported at time of delivery may be more difficult to attribute to shipping damage.
While returns of completed custom pieces are generally not feasible, we are committed to ensuring client satisfaction. If concerns arise during or after the project, we encourage open communication to explore potential solutions within the constraints of custom fabrication.
